My appointment was at 2 PM. I got there at exactly 1:20 PM because they asked me to be there 30 minutes early. I was way before time and I’m claustrophobic took my medication that my doctor prescribed me that I was ready for my MRI so I was there from 120 until after 4 o’clock. My wife called and asked if she could come earlier due to the distance from our house. Front desk staff told us yes, you can be seen once a slot becomes available. We ask whats the probability is since we dont mind coming in at our actual time. The staff said, "Just get here." It's 430pm and still waiting to be seen. Wife is 37 weeks pregnant, and this prolonged waiting has been causing her pain. If it wasn't bc this mri is needed for birth, I would have walked out and never came back here.
