The employees are very nice! BUT Stormont no longer offers an Open MRI which was recently upgraded to the Bullet Style! Those with confinement issues must travel to a Kansas City facility or go under sedation which is at least a 4-5 hour ordeal!! This big of a hospital should offer an Open MRI again instead of losing business & causing even More distress for MRI patients!
Got in and out in a short time. Very friendly people that explained everything very well.
They told me my appointment was on May 18th at 530. Get to the imaging center at 5pm, and they inform me they aren't seeing anyone else. Then I pull up mychart and they pushed it out to june. I have already been in immense pain for a month. Rude front desk and unprofessional. Id rather die then deal with those people. Fix your front desk lady and at least show some empathy rather than just cold, harsh indifference.
