Jamie was efficient, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. The center is easy to find and has ample parking directly in front of building so no long walk to the facility. The MRI itself was newer and open to the upper body (depending on how far your body part needs to be inside). I am claustrophobic and this was a much better experience than other MRIs I have had. Experience was great. Was really worried about this MRI, but the person that did my MRI talked to me before and assured me that there was nothing to worry about. She talked to me during the procedure. She gave me headphones with music. Got to listen to my favorite music. She ask me if I wanted her to put something over my eyes and I said yes. She did. As I said the lady was great. The whole staff was nice.
