I had an unfortunate experience at this facility today. My appointment was scheduled for 3:30 PM, but I was kept waiting for an hour, and the technician was extremely rude. She insisted my appointment was at 4 PM, even though the receptionist confirmed it was 3:30 PM and that the technician had changed it on her schedule. This lack of professionalism made me feel uncomfortable. I didn't feel I could trust the technician, while inside the MRI, so I left without the MRI. Today I went to Ortho GA for an appt with Dr. Waldo Floyd. I have basal joint arthritis in both thumbs. It gets pretty painful. Every 3 - 6 months, I see Dr. Floyd for injections in my thumb joints. Dr. Floyd has wonderful nurses who work with his patients. He and his staff are so very kind and helpful. And I ALWAYS get relief from the arthritis pain!
I had an MRI with contrast of my head and everything went very well. The staff and everyone were so nice and caring.
Do not recommend. Went in about a month ago. I've been having headaches, high eye pressure & now vision loss. I got my results in "mychart" copied it straight from the app to Google it so I knew what it was saying. It's wasn't great. Later that afternoon the results had changed stating everything was fine. 3 weeks later I paid fully out of pocket to get it redone somewhere else bc they would not talk to me about it & I didn't trust them at this point.
