I brought my new Escalade in to Michael, He was successfully able to complete all of the diagnostic tasks I asked of him, And I should mention, I called about 15 other shops who claimed that I could only have my services done through a dealer. He completed them with ease and very fast. He was very reasonably priced, did exactly what he said he could do, and he was very honest and fair with his prices. Clean, stellar work.
