I have had several MRI’s done at this center and have always been cared for and treated wonderfully. They are compassionate and understanding of my claustrophobia. I have severe back issues that cause me a lot of pain and use a cane to walk. They help me on and off the table, prop my legs and anything else I need to get me comfortable before starting the imaging. They talk to me during the imaging so they know I’m ok. I couldn’t ask for better care.

DONT GO TO THIS FACILITY if you are clostraphobic in any way. These people will tell you the MRI is open but it is not. I don’t know who was worse the snake oil salesmen or the girl at the front desk who conveniently disappeared when I came outside. I was told on the phone this was an open MRI. I had an appt. in July and was called by imaging MRI to see if I wanted an earlier appt. I was told someone had cancelled. When I asked for the time, I was given multiple openings.
