Today was my first visit and I was treated excellent. I was only supposed to have the first visit, but was allowed to get a cleaning right after!! The service was really fast and everyone was lovely!!
My visit was painless and when one thinks of a dentist visit, that's all you can ask for. The staff was very reassuring. Don't mind returning for my second visit in 6 months.
I give Dr. Wang and his office staff an excellent rating! I called this morning with a very sore tooth and got an appointment right away. Everyone is so kind and efficient. After my examine, an appointment was set up for me to get a root canal done within minutes of leaving the chair. My husband and I both feel like we really lucked out after we moved to Florida when we found this practice!
I was blown away by my first visit to the office. The WHOLE office staff was extremely sweet and helpful. Dr. Wang came in an introduced himself with his blue and orange scrubs and made me feel right at ease. He explained in depth to me what the plan of action would be and understood my financial burden. He looked me in the eyes(which were filled with tears) and said to me that he would get me smiling again! I will be a forever patient and spread the word around of his kindness!
Each person, from the one handling the front desk, to the dental hygienist (did not get her name) to the dentist (Dr. Nguyen) were polite and professional. Each genuinely expressed interest in my care. It was a pleasure coming to Dental Associates.
Had a temp for hygienist. very professional, Rachel. always Dr. Wang is pleasant and educational. Will continue with them. Did have to wait 10-15 minutes for appointment.
Great staff, clean place, on long waiting to get serviced.
Normally in the type of person to be afraid and nervous when I walk into the dentist office,but this place was very friendly and welcoming. They immediately put my at ease and I was glad for it. It's been a very long time since I'd last seen a dentist and so I knew I had a lot of problems but the woman who went over everything with me (I don't remember her name but she's the small Asian woman) was very friendly and informative and discussed all my options with me.
