The people are helpful. They go out of the way to assist you. They can't make CDs of your scans or images. This is true in the NHP location also. Nice people rooting for this company but the company only wants to make money. Their billing service is poor. Their team is not professional, they need someone to review their operation. An expert because their management is out to lunch, missing in action, maybe on vacation too much.
I've never written a negative review on one of these sites before, but I have to for MRI Associates of Queens. I have herniated cervical disks and have gone to this establishment many times for MRIs of the cervical spine. My doctors, all associated with NYU, have been urging me for years to go to NYU's Radiology Dept., but I've kept going to MRI Associates of Queens because I'd had the test in the past and they could do comparative studies.
