Repaired a double-pane glass patio door. The technician, Clifton, was knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent customer service and flawless workmanship.

Scheduled install of a shower, waiting 2 months. Took the day off. PJ calls me to verify the appointment the day before. Install Day: I was told they could not make it. I can just imagine how the service and any warranty claims will be handled in the future. Second Day, 18 December 2025: Installer doesn't know all the specifics of what we ordered.
