I chose this company at random for gutter replacement. Had a consult on 10/11/25 and was VERY impressed with the quality products they used and were able to fix rotting wood behind my gutters as well. On 10/30/25, Josh came out to do some secondary measurements and discovered additional problems behind my gutters. He told me someone with the sales department would call within 2 days and let me know if our quote would be changing and then I could get the appointment scheduled. Supposed to have a new shower by Thanksgiving. Called Friday. Was to get a call back by the end of the day. Still waiting. Called on Saturday. Still waiting. Getting really concerned. They already got a down payment and it was cashed.
In June we invested $43,000 in two new shower installs. After leaving a number of messages over a month span they were finally installed in August. Yes, it took a good two months to get the job done. Mind you, the installers worked very diligently. However, those behind the scene don’t care about the customer once payment is received. Beware! In late August, we reached out due to water splashing under the doors and soaking our floors. In addition, a connector for the shower hose leaks. It is now October 25 and they have done... read more
