From sales to installation it was a smooth ride. Knowledgeable sales person and installers. Had old tub removed and installed a new walk-in shower. Done in less than a day. Highly recommend.
William and William installed my new tub and shower last month in my main bathroom. I was pleased with their courtesy and workmanship at my biome here in Chesapeake. Therefore I requested them for the installation of a new shower in my master bathroom. They were careful to clean up afterwards and again were both courteous and professional.
The technicians arrived on time, kept me appraised of what they were doing and their progress on the job. They cleaned up after, and left me some cleaner that I can use on the new shower installation, went over how to use shower head and keep it all clean. It was a really good experience.
☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) If I could give PJ Fitzpatrick less than one star, I absolutely would. I sincerely hope anyone considering PJ Fitzpatrick takes the time to read reviews like this before making a decision. What should have been an exciting bathroom renovation turned into an eight-week nightmare just to get our shower completed. I am pleased with the shower stall itself however, I am not pleased that I had to schedule a second visit because they installed the WRONG shower head. Plus the techs left the bottom of shower unfinished with no molding. So the tech from today replaced the shower head, but had no MOLDING. He stated it wasn't in his work order. So I have to schedule a THIRD visit so they can finally finish with my shower .
