We are absolutely thrilled with our two shower installations last week. The Jacuzzi brand is exceptional and truly luxurious. The care the team gave throughout the entire process was superior. William and D. K. are absolute professionals, and what they accomplished from the demolition to the final reveal was mind blowing. We can’t thank them enough for their obvious dedication to their job and attention to detail. William and D. K. are both true assets to the company!
William, D.K and Justin were wonderful. Very polite. They were respectful of my home making sure floors, rugs and carpeting was protected from possible damage. Worked continuously until install was completed. Then cleaned up behind themselves as they left. Except my wonderful new shower you wouldn't know they had been here
First Class, start to finish. Sales presentation by Chris Giles was thorough and professional, enthusiastic but not "pushy". Installation techs William, Allyn & Justin were great, professional, friendly and respectful of an older person's needs. William was helpful and very patient with a senior citizen's difficulty deciding on where to place grab bars etc. He went the extra step in repairing a floor tile gap. William, DK and Justin did a great job. Very courteous and professional and made sure we were good with the process/placement every step of the way. The shower looks amazing. My only complaint was that the shower doors were dirty and smudged and not cleaned. Considering the rest of the job, we were fine grabbing some windex and cleaning ourselves.
