I had a very disappointing experience at MReady Fencing and Mesh. From the moment I entered the premises, the customer service was poor. The staff member whose office is located on the left at the entrance was unprofessional in attitude and behaviour. There was no basic greeting, no effort to assist, and the interaction felt dismissive and disrespectful. As a customer, I expect at least basic courtesy, clear communication, and professionalism. I originally made a post about receiving a damaged gate with missing parts and not receiving any response despite multiple emails. However, shortly after leaving my review the company reached out to offer a solution and apologised , so I took down the post and gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, after months of waiting the “solution” was a can of spray paint to cover the scratches in the fence and the missing part which was in the wrong colour.
