Moved in 2 months ago and our property manager (Yitty) has been super responsive to the few small things we've asked about. An extremely welcome change of pace compared to previous property managers I've had in NY!
My building's property manager, Toby, has been fantastic during my stay. Toby is extremely quick to reply to any inquiry, as well as help resolve any issue you might have. If they are at all representative of other managers at MRE then you're in good hands 🙌.
Before mine got deleted, yall too my whole deposit then asking for more everytime I call up there shalove is no where to be found, if I didn’t have so much going on I would definitely sue this company 3.4 stars really needs to go to 2.0
Esty's a wonderful property manager! She's always responsive, friendly, and helpful. It also helps that 641 E 28 is such a great building :)
Horrible management team. Things keep breaking in the apartment and they don’t take you seriously. Will ask for videos and photos over and over again for days but won’t send anyone to repair the problem. They told me not to wash my duvet cover in the washing machine as it might break it… why do I have a washing machine if I can’t wash my towels and bed linen ?
