Avoid these guys if you want a good experience – I was a first time home-buyer in Austin and I went to "Mr. Dreamhome" on a vague recommendation from a friend. The only time in the whole process that I felt I had adequate service was during the initial interview and at the closing. About halfway through the process Mike, the owner, said he didn't really have time to go with me to show properties and that another one of his agents was going to take me.
