Placed an order with them on 7/15/25 with an advertised ship date of the end of July. At this point, I have email and called the company about 10 times with no response. As a customer, I am just asking for some communication, and it appears this company may be a one man show with no customer service. Most likely will need to cancel my order, but other should know if you need any assistance from them, you probably won't get it.
Identified the issue and helped us with a warranty claim. Great service, great communication!

I found MrCool DIY Direct through a friend and I ordered a large split AC unit (36k) from them for my 1500 sq ft detached garage. It was less than a week to come in and was delivered on schedule, also MrCool DIY Direct can provide help with installation (which I required) and was fully installed in an afternoon. Great place to deal with! Installation was a breeze. Saved me tons of money
Do not purchase anything from MrCool, they do not have support for their customers. You can purchase from other venders that answer their phone and support the products they sell. The warranty sounds good but I personally have waited 6 weeks for a warranty issue and haven't recieved a call or Email to address the problem.
