Ordered a Mr **** 5th Gen 2-zone 18K on 7/27/25. Was identified as a "pre-order' but delivery time was stated as 4-5 Aug. Now its 8/18/25 and I finally get through to company (don't expect someone to answer a phone) and told I'm still weeks out and I should have known this because it's clear when I ordered... that "first ordered first to receive." Placed an order with them on 7/15/25 with an advertised ship date of the end of July. At this point, I have email and called the company about 10 times with no response. As a customer, I am just asking for some communication, and it appears this company may be a one man show with no customer service. I found MrCool DIY Direct through a friend and I ordered a large split AC unit (36k) from them for my 1500 sq ft detached garage. It was less than a week to come in and was delivered on schedule, also MrCool DIY Direct can provide help with installation (which I required) and was fully installed in an afternoon.
