This should be the last place you should buy anything from. They call themselves pros but really they have an office and maybe an owners manual. And I do not believe Jeremy has the ability to not be a complete jerk. I absolutely regret having any contact with this ridiculous company.
I Can say having a supplier like MRCOOL Direct is very valuable. When everything is working, To some people it doesn't matter if you bought your MRCOOL from Ace hardware, Home Depot or Amazon. But for me I know when you have questions and need help, MRCOOL Direct is the dealer that is making the investment to build a business that can help with the questions you have. That's when it matters.
