I am so happy with MRCOOL Direct and with how nice it was to install my new 9k BTU mini split. Everything came quickly and cheeply to my house and I was able to get it installed in about 6 hours by myself. It makes the room almost too cold. The remote makes setting a temperature so easy my kids have no problem controlling the temp of the bonus room. I should mention I was surprised at how quiet it was when it was running full speed.
Great company to work with! They helped get us the perfect size and styles for our house! Great communication and wonderful customer service! Highly recommend! Our system works flawlessly!
I just want to give a big thank you to James Brown at MrCool for setting me up with a great system and furthermore, I really want someone to know how good he is with customer service and troubleshooting. We spoke at length in the fall when I did the install and was invaluable as far as his knowledge. I’ve have seven units in my house I really like the product BUT customer service and tech support is absolutely horrendous. Tech support is absolutely not helpful. I’d probably not buy from them again just because of the Tech support
These people don’t answer the phones, don’t deliver the product, I’m not sure what kind of scam they are but I’m reporting them.
