These guys are good.. got one bad unit out of several Mr cools I own. Warranty sent me out both control boards. I talked to either Jason or James today can’t remember but he was also helpful.
I’m electrical contractor and sometimes I install Mr. cole units for clients games over here. Got me set up with one of their Gwin units And the experience was great. Client was super happy.
They did there part and got me a new motherboard in a timely manner. Now I will be fighting Mr.Cool for a refund as it should have been covered under warranty. I will not recommend Mr Cool for their product as Technical support takes way too long to process warranty claims. but if you ever need part or have questions The whole team Mr. cool direct is better than Mr. cool technical support.
Wow! James Brown at Mr. Cool Direct was such a huge help with my install. He is thousands of miles away from me but he responds to texts and phone calls and even called me back on FaceTime so I could show him my exact install. I was getting error codes and the system was not working at all. James said it could actually be a faulty condenser. He was telling me this three days before the manufacturer confirmed it.
