These people don’t answer the phones, don’t deliver the product, I’m not sure what kind of scam they are but I’m reporting them.

Super easy folks to deal with. Ordered online and picked up at their warehouse. Quick to answer all my questions. Unit installed easy and does a great job heating my 24x24 garage.
Bought 2 MrCool DIY 3 ton minisplit systems. Both failed within a week of each other, just over 1 year into service. The compressors got really loud and the unit vibrated a lot. Verified them with professional HVAC company. MrCool never responded to warranty claims. Having to sue them.
Love my Mr Cool 9k diy 4th generation 115v system!! Installation was as easy as possible following the instructions. And the few calls to James for advice as necessary were highly helpful!! Running the lines in my walls and under my floor was a huge pain, but well worth the effort!! I'm very impressed with how well it works!! And, YES!!! Perfectly Do It Yourself!!
