I just want to give a big thank you to James Brown at MrCool for setting me up with a great system and furthermore, I really want someone to know how good he is with customer service and troubleshooting. I’ve have seven units in my house I really like the product BUT customer service and tech support is absolutely horrendous. Tech support is absolutely not helpful. I’d probably not buy from them again just because of the Tech support
These people don’t answer the phones, don’t deliver the product, I’m not sure what kind of scam they are but I’m reporting them.

Super easy folks to deal with. Ordered online and picked up at their warehouse. Quick to answer all my questions. Unit installed easy and does a great job heating my 24x24 garage.
