MRB Home Services did an excellent job responding to my tenant’s complaint about a water heater that suddenly stopped working. Scheduling with Laura was quick and easy, she is so very nice and sweet! Alex came quickly, assessed the situation, and got a new water heater ordered for me right away. Alex and Matt came back a couple days later once they received the new water heater and got it installed quickly and professionally. They were both just as nice as could be, knowledgeable, and did above and beyond. Fantastic job, fantastic company, fantastic and caring employees! Couldn't recommend them enough!
Shawn was AMAZING!!!! I know that sometimes there are things that seem easy to plumbers but to me these two items were just extremely difficult. I tried multiple YouTube videos to get my bathtub drains off to replace them but they weren't budging. He comes in, 1..2...3....done lol. Which I am happy about!!! He not only explained everything he went to the store to buy a new one and a better one at that. He was very kind, soft spoken, and professional. Would highly recommend him 100 times over.
Amazing experience using MRB Home Services! Matt and Laura are wonderful people to work with! We had our basement rough-in plumbing done. Matt is very knowledgeable and professional. If I were you I wouldn’t look anywhere else for your plumbing needs!
