It’s been almost 2 months since I’ve called. And I’ve also called three times since them. Brenda didn’t seem to understand what I was talking about. Apparently she’s a plumber. I called again. The guy talked to said he’d look into it again nothing. Mark would be appalled at what’s happening with his company

I would not recommend these people to fix a water hose !!! They installed a tankless water system in our home a few years ago and we have had nothing but problems with it since. The people who came to clean our system said it was installed incorrectly, as they missed parts needed to run the system properly and this was why we were having issues.
