Went here with an attitude because my wife ordered from the wrong location. I was short with the cashier but not disrespectful. After making sure order was at this location I apologize for the attitude. Got my food and the wife forgot the steak and cheese so I ordered it with no issues and I was pleasant but the original girl that I was short with didn't want to handle me so another lady did (she just stepped to the side) after my order I paid then waited 20-30 min and 10 customers came and went with their orders. Just moved to the area and MR Ys is quickly becoming our favorite pizza and wings spot. We usually go and pickup- but chose delivery this time; we were at work and my dad was at home and wanted wings. Bruce was very communicative, called us with an ETA , was very kind to my elderly father at the door, and even gave our dog a treat. We hope we get Bruce every time, he’s a rockstar.
Okay so i ordered about one month ago a XL PIZZA fries and 2 cheese steak subs when my son delivered delivered the order we found out that the subs where never with the order when i called them back they said that they just closed but they will put my cheese steaks under my phone number and give me a credit. Their pizza is consistently good—you get that perfect, satisfying bake every single time you order. If you aren't in the mood for a slice, their subs are absolutely delicious, incredibly fresh, and loaded with flavor. I ordered delivery through DoorDash on July 3rd. I am not sure if it was because it was the end of the day before the holiday that the cook had no regard for the order. The wings did not include celery. The cream of crab soup had lots of cream and no crab. The salad did not resemble a salad and did not include all of the ingredients. The salad had chicken instead of shrimp. The walnuts, feta and red onions were absent. I will never order from this restaurant again!
