One of your employees just sped past the stopped school bus on Albion Rd. near Pearl while my child was ready to cross. 😡
We received terrible customer service. They ignored instructions given during the order placement and when we called about it the manager told us it was our fault their front desk didn't fill out the purchase order correctly. He initially tried to lie to us by saying they did what was agreed upon despite our having video proof on our Ring system. They showed a complete lack of integrity and customer service. We will never use them again.

Had a terrible experience with this company. Ordered rocks from them and when they delivered them the driver did not know how to back the truck in. The first time nearly hit my parents house and when I yelled at him he pulled up and backed in again. The second time he drove on my decorative sandstone and broke it all up. My mom called to complain and said nothing we can do that they are not liable if they damage the house or anything else. Will never go to them again. Horrible customer service.

Friendly, Professional, Excellent quality products, great selection for the DIY project.
Ordered 6 cubic yards of Pro Blend soil and had it delivered 6/29/15. Delivery man arrived in timely manner and carefully dumped soil in upper corner of driveway. Very pleased with the quality of the soil as seed germinated quickly where old swimming pool and deck use to be!

The soil you purchased was a 1/3 soil, 1/3 sand, 1/3 humus mix and normally is of very good quality, however this year has been difficult supplying soil due to the rainy season that we have had, so we are glad that you were satisfied with our product.
