Mr Wilson’s was amazing. The response time was extremely fast and so was the repair time. Erik was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. All problems were fixed within a couple hours. I highly recommend Mr Wilson’s.
My wife and I were so impressed with the gentleman who came over to help us with our hot water heater. His name is Eric and he was very professional and so friendly. He was straight forward with us, and helped us understand what he was doing step by step, which I really appreciated! I recently moved into an older home and had to get 35ft of my main sewage line replaced. The previous owners got the quote from Mr Wilson's so i went with them. The employee was incredibly passive aggressive and acted annoyed that he had to be tearing up my backyard. He nicked a line to my sprinkler system and tried to tell me that it was nicked before he got there which didn't make sense because there wasn't an issue with it before he dug a hole around it. I’ve been using Mr. Wilson’s plumbing for personal and commercial projects for about 20 years. Just had Erik out yesterday to replace a toilet and he did a great job! Always dependable and great service.
