Extremely pleased that I called MR. Wilson’s Plumbing. In my 17 years in Lubbock, I’ve used a few different plumbing companies, but none can’t compare to Mr. Wilson’s Plumbing. I called last night and I believe I was the first one on the schedule. Erik Gave me a heads up on the way as he was here right on time. He was extremely professional, detailed, and courteous. Mother had put in new carpet, I had laid out plastic bags from side entrance of house to the bathroom, Eric had mentioned we did not have to do that, he would have used disposable booties. So that's a good thing.

Had an emergency sewer drain blockage and Eric with Mr Wilson was able to take care of it the same day and resolve the issue. Price was reasonable, service was quick and everyone was super helpful and friendly. Also provided a quote for future service to prevent more issues.

We contracted Mr. Wilson's Plumbing and Drain Solutions after several failed visits from another local plumber. We were very frustrated as the other local plumber seemed to try to throw anything at a wall just to make it stick. However, always a failed result. Needless to say, Mr. Wilson's sent their technician Eric to service our plumbing issues. Eric and I had a chance to go over everything that the previous plumber did. Honest, customer-first, and always performing quality work. The prices are the best in Lubbock for the kind of routine work I need at my residential address (drain line clearing, running camera). I have been and will continue to use them for years. Eric is incredible, and if I had my own business, I would try to poach him from Mr. Wilson's.
