We contracted Mr. Wilson's Plumbing and Drain Solutions after several failed visits from another local plumber. We were very frustrated as the other local plumber seemed to try to throw anything at a wall just to make it stick. However, always a failed result. Honest, customer-first, and always performing quality work. The prices are the best in Lubbock for the kind of routine work I need at my residential address (drain line clearing, running camera). I have been and will continue to use them for years. Eric is incredible, and if I had my own business, I would try to poach him from Mr. Wilson's. I had a main line blockage ,and huge plumbing problems inside the house. I called Mr. Wilson's Plumbing to come out to run the line . Eric came out to take care of the problem and within 10 minutes, our sewer line was unstopped. Eric was very professional and did an awesome job. We were very satisfied with his work ethic. Thank you so much!
Eric was absolutely incredible! He kept working until the problem was fixed and he had great spirits about a really unfortunate situation! Smiles and great attitude plus genuine conversation! He saw the job through to the end and didn’t give up on it!
