Eric is the BEST!! Did a thorough inspection of my unit, flushed the drain, and showed me how to change my filter. He even showed me which one to purchase on Amazon!! Way to go Eric!!!

I cannot express the gratitude I have for the staff and the wonderful techs, to include Mr Wilson himself, who came to help. I’ve been dealing with multiple companies (AHS sent out some bad ones), so I called them out of sheer desperation after more than 6 weeks of issues. From the moment I called, Sandra and Leah who answer the phone, helped me with my questions and concerns until the work was performed by first Ryan, then Adam, and then Jeff. Honest, Reliable, and Saved Us Big! Ryan D. was our HVAC technician and came out to give us a second opinion on a repair. He was incredibly honest, thorough, and professional. Thanks to his expertise, he saved our family from a major (and unnecessary) expense. It’s rare to find that kind of integrity these days!
