I called Mr. Wilson after I caught, and ran off, the tech from the big company that does all the TV advertising because he lied and played games to sell me a new unit. Mr. Wilson's tech showed me the obvious point of failure and it was where the TV ad company had repaired the unit after they screwed up the installation.
