John - sold our house the first day it was on the market, and above the asking price. He was a real help in guiding us through the todays marketing process. He also worked with our agent in Ohio, so we moved out on Friday and moved in on the following Saturday. John (aka Mr Williamsburg) is the best realtor! He was so quick to help us see properties even on the weekends because in this market houses were going so fast.
