In the last 3 weeks, there has been only one employee at the car wash. The queue moves very slowly as only one is working. Drying the winshield and car is no longer a service, a feature that put Mr Wash ahead of the other car washes. We are paying the same and receivine about 1/3 the service. I am looking elsewhere even after 6 years of loyalty., They have also stopped Senior Mondays which as a monthly member, did not affect me.
