Incredible Dermatologist.
Been going to Vincent for close to 20 years, would go nowhere else
The worst dermatologist EVER. He doesn’t care about his patients and will only take them when it’s convenient for him. I was scheduled for telemedicine and he canceled my appointment for no reason after I’ve waited for over 30 minutes. I kept calling and the secretaries kept lying that he’s going to get on the call in a few minutes. And i had been waiting for this appointment for over two weeks and I explained to them how critical it was for me to see him. Was less than impressed with Derm One as a whole. Had an appointment in May of 2020 and while in the waiting room I listed to the secretary and medical assistant talk poorly about the company (lack of supplies during covid, ect). Doctor was okay. Called up today and was denied a refill for an eczema cream. Was told "they don't do refills". An obvious money grab to make me make an appointment. I'll go elsewhere.
