From my initial phone call with Sergio (in the office) to get information, pricing, and set up the appointment, to your awesome technicians Nate and Zac coming out to clean our dryer vent (which hadn't been done in a long, long time -- possibly ever? 🤔) everyone, and everything, was top notch and extremely professional. What a REFRESHING experience in a day and age of almost nonexistent customer care. I'll definitely recommend Mr. Vac to all my neighbors and friends! Thanks again.

Nate and Zack did an amazing job. They were kind, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home and pets. They took necessary precautions to keep the environment clean, and to keep the hose from causing any damage to our floors and baseboards. We are very pleased with the work they did, and look forward to breathing clearly this season once our swamp coolers are turned on.
