Would highly recommend Mr. V appliance repair! After 30 minutes of calling to set up an appointment, a technician arrived. In minutes he found and showed us the problem. He was very honest that our dishwasher was not worth replacing. I appreciate that they did not try to take our money on a repair that wouldn’t work or last. After another company charged $40 more for the diagnostic fee and had us waiting up to a week for an appointment, I appreciate Mr. V’s prompt, professional, and very reasonably priced service.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Mr. V Appliance Repair. I had a service technician come out to repair my Amana electric dryer, which would not start. The technician David, quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty thermal cutoff sensor. I then asked what the parts and labor would cost to which he replied "$225 for the part and $120 for labor". I had extremely good service with Mr V Appliance Repair. The technician that came out, Vasiliy, was excellent. He was professional and polite and knowledgeable. He was also very responsive when he had to come back out to look at my dishwasher, which was no fault on his part. His communication was also very good. He called and texted to give me updates which I appreciated very much. I definitely recommended their services.
