The original quote was $1,000, provided by her brother. However, once work began, Nikki raised the price mid-project to $1,350 — a 35% increase. We contracted with Mr ** Trees in the beginning of March 2024. They gave us a quote of $1,200 to $1,400 to complete some yard work. We already had a portion of the required mulch on hand for the job. After completing 75% of the job they sent us pictures of the work in progress on March 13th and said the job would be $1,400 to complete. We gave them a check in good faith.
