I had a great experience at this location. The person at the front desk was polite, professional, and very helpful. He answered all of my questions, fixed the original issue, and also took the time to give me more information about another concern I asked about. He didn’t proceed with any additional work without my approval—instead, he explained the issue clearly and provided a price and quote upfront, which I really appreciated. My low tire pressure light came on and the closest place to me was Milex. I asked the gentleman at the counter if he could help me with the tire pressure, and he took care of it right away. He was kind, professional, and to my surprise didn’t charge me for it. I offered to pay, but he refused and was genuinely happy to help answer said that he was the owner of the shop. That level of courtesy put a smile on my face and for that simple reason I will keep Milex in mind moving forward. Thank you Omar! :)
Had a roadside emergency and had to decide where to get my car towed. They made the inspection process quick and easy and were able to take a look at the car the next day. A+++
