We called on Saturday 8/9/25 at 11:55 a.m. (when they closed at noon) and the voice mail picked up. I was going to request a call back but then my call waiting beeped and it was Milex saying they had missed my call.(☆) I explained to John (Milex) the issue and repair the dealer had performed on our vehicle that we felt uneasy about as our vehicle is just coming out of the power train warranty and we don't want a $$$ problem to pop up later. I love these guys. They are so patient and understanding. Another shop screwed me over and they did they best to help me get my car in order. 1000% recommend
The people at Milex are very professional and honest. They diagnosed my problem and ordered the repair parts quickly. When the parts came in the technicians did the repairs quickly. Then, they double-checked their work to be sure my problem was eliminated. I highly recommend this place.
