Exceptional work, very satisfied! – Recently, my 2003 manual Honda Civic had problem with clutch. I took my car to Mr. Transmission at 9200 South Stony island recommended by a friend. After checked the car, Mark, apparently, who is in charge of this place, gave me a detailed explanation about the problem and told me how they will get the clutch replaced. Honest, reliable work with fair pricing. – Cost and reliability are very important to my wife and I as we are both retired and living on fixed incomes. We have used this repair shop exclusively for the past four years since moving here from Georgia. Knowledgeable, honest and very professional for great customer service, – My wife and I were passing through South Carolina on our way back to Warner Robins, Georgia when my pickup truck began to loose some of its power. total rip off – Had problem identified already, was given verbal estimate of $850, gave go ahead to start work. Transmission was removed and disassembled was aske to come take a look. Problem was as expected, new estimate even though same problem was already discussed = $1600. Transmission in pieces, no option but to pay. Avoid at all costs.
