Mr Transmission, you took advantage of my elderly aunt and uncle. You replaced their transmission and didn't add the seal and wouldn't make it right. Now they have to get someone to take the same transmission out and put seals in it which will cost them more money.That's not how to treat ppl. Is that how you do business? I forgot to mention you had oil on the sun visor, seat and ceiling. I wouldn't recommend YOU to ANYBODY!!
RecommendedI finally found a auto repair shop that I can trust. Mr Transmission is family owned and operated. They are friendly and patient while explaining exactly what is wrong with your vehicle and what it takes to repair. I highly recommend this establishment.

Once again Randy and Randall have went above and beyond. I first came to them two years ago with my transmission being shot. My car was what we called “ possessed”. They took care of me then and went above and beyond. I called back to Mr T Wednesday and they knew exactly who I was and remembered everything about my car. Went to Mr. Transmission in Pelham. On my 02 Dodge Ram overdrive is not working. I thought I could have been a shift solenoid or worst case scenario had to replace transmission. They evaluated the situation and it turned out it was something simple they fixed it in a timely manner and got me back on the road. If you need any type of work done I would go see the guys at mr. Transmission in Pelham they're awesome.
Mr.transmission is a great please to take your car.they are fast, considerate,and proffesional.
