2nd time I have purchased 2 trailers form MR Trailer. They are GREAT to work with, you nay have to wait behind someone else at the counter but when its your turn youo will find that you will get the GREAT service.If I need another one it will be from MR Trailer
Above and Beyond I have an older model Toy Hauler which needed muliple repairs in a short-time frame. Yogi and Sharon were up front and honest from the start. Yogi went beyond normal customer service and even went to bat on my behalf with the trailer manufacturer in California. Yogi personally took my trailer to CA where the manufacturer made repairs. Excellent! I was so very pleased and fortunate to have been directed to Mr. Trailer Sales. My jet ski was broken and so was the trailer I brought it in with. Jet Skis Unlimited sent me right over to Mr. Trailer Sales for repairs to the trailer. I was on a tight schedule and needed the trailer back within a few days. VERY RUDE STAY CLEAR!!!!!!!!!! very rude guys dont seem like they know what they are doing took 3 times to fix the breaks on my trailer after they messed them up. very rude over the phone to my wife telling her to F!@# off. business should be shut down
Yogi was like buying from your Big Brother! You gotta meet Yogi the owner. Big guy with a big heart. He treated me like a kid brother and I got a good deal.
Fair prices / responsive to service needs I have purchased several trailers from Mr. Trailer on Deer Valley Rd., and have always been satisfied with pricing, and on the occassion that I have needed service, they were always responsive with repairs completed on-time and no surprises when it came to pay for the repairs.
