Cust service Bruce said on phone- $20 off for my trouble, then said no discount when picked up car. THEY TALKED ME OUT OF AN ALIGNMENT LAST TIME SO I'D BE BACK FOR MORE TIRES. WISH I NEVER WENT BACK.
Call ahead and find out if Bruce is working the counter and don't go in if he is. Or just don't go here. I don't trust them anymore. Never going back.
Will not go back. Last spring, was told needed new rear struts & alignment. friend did rear struts- soon had bad wear on tires. sold me tires- said alignment unneeded. 6mo l8r now, needed more tires.
