i just called to let the lady know i need a oil chage for tomorrow - first of all she said she is at the location when it was some call center somewhere else . She continues to take all of my data for 5 min and had the audacity to tell me they have an opening on Monday- at that point she knew i was pissed and said let me get the service manager on the phone and of course i got disconnected ..... i called back and some other agent says he is from the Rio Grand location as well when he sounded like he was overseas somewhere ..... read more
