Me and my wife have came here on 3 separate occasions twice for oil change when we first moved to town and after a few years of being absolutely disgusted with this place we came back for tires for my wife’s vehicle. Appointment set for 10:30 am I got here 10 minutes early currently 1pm and I still haven’t gotten our vehicle back. Not to mention we’re spending $1400 on a new set of tires. Zayy was awesome today stopped to get air in my tired and I got speedy service.
On the way back home with 5 hours left, we caught a flat tire. We called all the tire stores we could. No one answered, no one would help us. Until we pulled up to this location and the employee helped us out with only 30 minutes left of being open. Thanks to him my family made it home that night.
Emil was very amazing and patient with us on a Sunday afternoon. He took quick and very accurate care of our needs and was very friendly. Highly recommend this place!
3 hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation, except they didn't do the tire rotation, but did turn off the car alert that it was time for a tire rotation.
