They were very helpful with a short notice. Thankful that they are open on Sundays. They are professional and courteous.
Very friendly and professional service, tire replaced in record time, really saved my vacation.
Took my car to have an end point calibration done and they failed to do so but charged me for it anyway. Old data must be erased before writing new data, and they clearly didn’t know how. Then proceeded to hook up an old battery that was 10 years old, which swole up like a balloon and released smoke from under the hood. Manager and corporate refuse to do anything about it
I’ve used Me Tire in Boone and Durham NC for years. They always provide good service. The new phone answering system is the worst. Do Better. The phone system is awful. When I call the Boone number, I want to talk to someone in Boone not on the moon. I'm old but I hate call centers where the person answering knows nothing but how to make an appointment. Once you get to a local employee they are great, knowledgable and helpful.
It was Sunday. We had to replace a tire that had been damaged. The first Mr. Tire we went to didn't have what we needed but they called another one 5 minutes away. They had just what we needed. Got us in right away and we're very nice. Sure folks. Thanks
