Booking the appointment by phone and service in person was great! We have a Tesla that needs special jack equipment. The shop in Boone said they service Teslas all the time. The staff was super friendly, kept us updated every step of the way and timely. We had a leaking tire fix and tire rotation. They will be my go to when we are in the area. Thank you!
Got in right away, very friendly, showed me the nail that was in my tire, fixed up ready to go 30 min max and price was very fair!!! Good people!!
Called the Jefferson Road location last week for an appointment to have my car inspected, a new set of tires, and regular maintenance (e.g. oil change, etc.). Car uses run-flat tires so knew we had to order them ahead of time. Got an accurate estimate of the total charges when I called to set the appointment. On the day the work was done, my car was ready well before the expected time, all the work was completed and done well.
