For starters, if I could give a zero star review If I could. My 22 year old daughter took her jeep here to get inspected. They said her 2 year old tires where below tread and dry rotted. They failed the inspection for this. I drove up asked him to explain this to me, he stuck with they were dry rotted at 2 years old. As a long time customer of this Mr. Tire location, I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on out. Over the past four years I have gone to this location for routine oil changes and was charged no more than $75 before tax each time. I have been to this location for an oil change at least on 10 separate occasions. For reference, my vehicle holds six quarts of synthetic oil. I have owned dozens of cars over the past 30 years, And for all of that time I have worked on them myself. I consider myself fairly well-versed on the inner workings of a wide range of vehicles. When I go to a shop, it’s because I need them to do something that I’m either unable or unwilling to do. When I come to this shop, they make it quick and easy, and there’s no BS. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. My oil change cost me $142.00 and they lead me to believe that they rotated my tires which they did not do! They also told me that I needed two more services there that would be around $700.00 which I declined and went to my normal mechanic and he said that I did not need those things done. I’ve never written a bad review before but they attempted to take advantage of me and lied to me about my tire rotation. I would not recommend going here at all!!!
