Horrible service. Said it would be 30-40 minutes on changing my tire. I waited an hour the car never went back. They also took a look at my tire day before and NEVER put the cap pack on.
I was in the middle of moving from Indiana to North Carolina when my car suddenly started making a howling noise. Mr. Tire was the only place open, so I brought it in, and they immediately knew I needed a new turbo engine. They ordered the new part, which arrived 2 days later, and spent all day installing it. Within three days, I was back on the road without any more problems. The customer service was amazing, and everyone there was extremely friendly. I’m very grateful for their help!
