Had a miscommunication with Them and they didn’t order the appropriate sized tire for the back, taking an extra day. They more than made up for it with discounts and great customer service. Will definitely be back.
Ordered tires a week ago and had them delivered here and set an appointment for 930 this morning. Arrived and they acted like they had no idea, then was trying to charge me again for installation. Now, after all that, they're saying no tire techs showed up for work. I can wait or reschedule. Pic is proof of when i ordered.
Posted a very positive review a year ago. Was treated well. That has changed. Needed some new rear shocks and they quoted me a price 2.5 times the competition (about $600 difference in price for the same thing). I showed them where they were off and, of course, big company, nothing they can do about it. Guess others will get my business in the future. Shame, always felt I was treated well there before on price and service.
