Very nice and patient
Found my own socket in my truck and used it then forgot to give it back to me. I provided 4 valve stems and they only replaced 3. Not sure what they did with the last one
A few months ago I dropped my Wrangler here for an inspection and oil change because life was busy and I didn't have time to change the oil myself. Went out today to do an oil change and the tech must have used an impact wrench to put my oil plug back in the pan. I put a brand new 13 mm wrench on the plug and it started to strip the plug, which wouldn't budge. Stepped down to a 12 mm and it still was stripping.
