Make sure you actually speak to it someone at the garage in Owego. Scheduled an appointment with the call center and had it confirmed. Called garage directly to ask a question and they told me they couldn’t do my scheduled appointment. Very frustrating
Extremely rude and unprofessional. Were making jokes to my face about my vehicle and refused to service it. If I were you I’d take my business to someone actually professional and qualified.
