Every Mr tire store is well versed in ripping you off. I bought tires and was told rotations would be free. Then I go in and they charge me $27.95 to do the rotation. While there they loosened the battery cable to engage the check engine light. When I confronted them, they said they knew about nothing but could diagnose the engine light for $125. HA! I drive to 2 blocks away to AutoZone when they diagnosed (for free) the cable was loose. Also, I am perplexed every time cause they always add a 'shop service fee' that is alway... read more
Mr Tire did a great job in replacing my tire valve stem. My low pressure light has been off for the first time in months. They were fast and courteous. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
The employees that serviced my vehicle today were helpful. I have taken my car to this location several times and I feel that they did a good job and did not overcharge. Today, I had an appt because I thought I needed new brakes. (I was hearing squeaking when I pressed the brake pedal). The mechanic called and explained that the squeaking was caused by another reason, and the brakes did not need replaced. I was not charged by Mr. Tire for the check up on my vehicle.
