Overall it was a good experience. I couldn’t give 5 stars though because they didn’t properly balance my tires. They were just slightly off, but enough to make my steering wheel vibrate over 60mph. I had to go to another shop the next day to get it corrected.

I noticed my tire air warning on the screen. After stopping at the dealer ( where I bought the car 10 months ago), and receiving a ridiculous price to repair the affected tire, I called Mr Tire. The receptionist connected me with Brian thr manager. He had me come in without an appointment as the tire pressure was quite low. Brian was pleasant. Caring and could not have been kinder!
