I took my vehicle to their Madison Heights store. I did not have worn out lug locks, so my experience was 10 out of 10. I'm not one to take my junk to a nice store & them talk bad about them because I own old, worn out stuff. Those guys are honest as the day is long. But there will always be butthole customers. I feel for those guys at Lynchburg Tire when they get the wrong end of the stick.
I had taken my vehicle there on two previous occasions. The last visit i was told that they had slightly stripped the key to the lock lugs on my tires and that they replaced 2 of the 4 lock lug nuts, and that the next time i return they will replace the other 2. About a year later i take my car to have all 4 tires replaced at a different location, they inform me that the key is COMPLETELY stripped and that they will not be able to remove the 2 lock lugs that day.
