This store did not honor a Firestone tire warranty, claiming they didn't have installation records. I only had 2/10th wear on the tire needing to be replaced and they were purchased from a Mr. Tire store in Fairfax VA in August 2023. Also, the manager stated the Monroe company does not give discount to veterans. I stated i have always been offered a veterans discount of 5-10% off. Not happy with their customer service this time around. I will most likely be looking to have my vehicle serviced elsewhere in the future.
They searched to find me a better deal on tires that I needed.
I have always used Mr Tire. Their service is consistent and priced reasonable. I got an appointment quickly and they were super nice and got the work completed done.
Flat tire changed within an hour, no appointment needed. Helpful, informative, respectful staff that didn't talk down to me. This is important to me as a female customer.
Excellent service on a State safety inspection for our Rivian EV. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommended.
