Mr.Tire in phoenixville pa is hands down the most trustworthy mechanic shop around. I am a single mom and will be the first to admit I know nothing about cars. The actual maintenance service is great. It is quick and easy. However, the one man at the desk does have an attitude that is very off putting. He never specified a drop off “by” time over the phone (only a drop off “after” time) and then got upset and snippy with us when we arrived to drop the car off in the afternoon.
Excellent, thorough service and convenient location. When we need tire help, we will be returning here!
Never again. Tried to charge $31.99 EACH for wiper blades, which i had in the trunk. After making me wait over 90 minutes past my appointment time.
