They quoted a price for work to be done. The work they did was not what was quoted. The did half ass shitty work. Car was there for 2 hours but was charged 8.5 hours labor. Asked them to check an oil leak and a break issue while doing the work. THIS WAS NOT DONE... You can go anywhere and have breaks done for around 120 to maybe 200 including the parts. I had parts and was charged 300 to install them. I do not know what it is about the lenoir store as granite location is golden. But they did nothing to correct... read more
