I can’t say enough good things about people at this shop!! Allen the new manager went above and beyond for me and you don’t see that these days! definitely didn’t feel taken advantage of i always worry about that seeing I know Nothing about cars definitely will be bring my business back!!!
The technicians were polite but slow and it took almost two hours to get my tire plugged but only 1 customer besides me. Also he said to pull my car around and waited and waited and he never came out and when I went in he was still standing there or I meant pull around and then come back in . There was an issue with the other car but I don’t think that should have stopped everything.
I was in a bind and they helped me out tremendously. Needed a part and they stayed late to get me back on the road at a decent price. Will be going there for all my future needs.
I was WAY overcharged for a brake job. Just a 2015 Prius, nothing fancy. I confirmed the work over the phone, thinking it was for all 4 wheels. Instead, they charged ~$700 for just the REAR BRAKES (pads & rotors), nearly 2x what the local Toyota dealer would charge. I won't be going back.
No stars here !! Lite in dash - still on - Alan blamed car was too new (2014 Toyota Camry ) I’m not going back !!!! I raised my voice 3 rd trip there - they threatened to call police after I spent $1747 .00 there !!! Mr Tire Rt 316 Chambersburg Pa / all I want is my car fixed after spending almost $2000 on stuff that don’t work / constant on my mind = what if something happens while I’m driving - b/c sensor lite is still on !!
