I was able to get in on a time and day that was convenient for me. I was seen right at my appointment time. The wait was reasonable. My tires were pumped up for me without me asking for that. They didn’t try to sell me a bunch of items or services that I did not need. They mentioned deal they have on tires, which I will utilize when I return for new tires soon. They were friendly and efficient.
The person who helped me, Kevin Cruz, gave me inaccurate information about prices and the availability of the items he was offering. In the end, I bought what he wanted to sell me. Very poor customer service. I wouldn't return to this store if I were served by the same rude person.
They broke my tire point the valve cause they cant take it as it was little tight .. literally anyone with bare minimum experience with tires can do that its just pure negligence and lack of care.. i have waited for 1 hr just to get to know that its broke and asked me to come back .. should have choose some other place
I just had a tire changed at this shop, and the person who helped me, Kevin Cruz, didn't give me enough information about the warranty on what I just bought. Bad customer service; I won't be coming back.
