I had a great experience at Mr Tire at Dulles Eastern plaza. The manager was friendly and professional, and took care of my flat tire emergency and ordered my tire and had in the shop the next day. There is no long wait at Mr Tire, no long lines or convoluted parking - it is very convenient for me to just drive the half mile there and just park immediately in front of the store and get served right away and taken care of. The staff were very friendly and respectful; regarding the language barrier, they tried their best to explain things and quickly resolved the issue with my car's tire. The great thing about the place is that it's open on Sundays.
First time customer, saw they had a good rating from other customers. I've got burned on other tire shops, charging for services that were optional and I didn't ask for. Mr tire went over everything and even the optional services before finalizing. Staff was very friendly and professional. I'll get all my tire services from here now on.
Great customer service! They really worked with me when I got a flat and had to order a new tire. The price was fair, and the work was completed quickly. I really appreciated how helpful and accommodating they were. I would definitely recommend them!
