After having 4 new tires put on and my inspection done (which passed btw) abt mid June, on my way home that day my driver side rear entire wheel came off WHILE I was driving (in a 55mph zone). Since then all I've dealt with is absolutely bs from the top down, their insurance included. They had to order me 4 brand new rims and 2 entire months later of my car sitting in their parking lot, I was finally able to pick my car up it was not only dead but my car was unaligned and unbalanced. Made an appointment to have 2 tires mounted and balanced. Told them I would be waiting. 2 hours later not finished, closing time not done. Was giving a lame excuse about looking for the wrong car and not enough workers also they tried to call the wrong phone number to reach me. The next day not one phone call from them. I tried calling them serial times no answer. My daughter tried calling from her phone no answer. What the heck is wrong with prompt service when you say you will be waiting?

I know I was a walk-in with a flat so there is definitely understanding there. But I dropped my tire off at 0730 and was told I would hear something back by the end of the day, even though they were shorted staffed. I heard nothing by the end of the day. I called back first thing the next morning and was told they couldn’t fix the flat—meaning the tire was not even looked at until the next day. Took my truck here to get just an inspection. They told me my power steering rack was loose and that if I continued to drive it like that it could fall out while I was driving and I could wreck or cause an accident because whatever direction I was going was the direction id stay in when it came out. Told me to bring it immediately back to whoever did the work on it because I had just gotten the power steering rack replaced 2 weeks ago.
