Excellent service, would not go anywhere else, I have recommended to all my family and friends.
This is the best auto shop I’ve been to, so I can’t imagine living here and going anywhere else.
Fast service...cheap..but broke my tire sensor and didnt offer to make it right..told my wife about it but failed to mention it to me when I was inside paying and I didnt know about it until she asked if they told me
Called and made an appointment for an inspection. Got there and was treated like a walk-in off the street. Told them we had an appointment for 1 pm... was told they were backed up from the day before and that there was no appointment in our name 🤦♀️🙄.
One week ago my son took his brand new tires to Mr. Tire on Route 13 in Cortland, so they could put them on his car. After they were put on and inspected by the manager, he started to drive home. On his drive home, in a 55 MPH zone, the driver’s side rear tire fell off while he was driving. So that my son could get a rental car, the manager submitted a ‘liability incident report’.
