Fast, same-day service. I brought my car in late and they were willing to continue working past closing time to finish that day. They were honest with me about what I needed and didn’t need; no upselling. A good honest shop that does good work.
I love the staff at Mr. Tire! All work I've had done there, full headlight replacement and new tires, has been completed carefully and quickly, and I've never felt like they've tried to take advantage of me (which is something I can't say about other mechanic shops). They've won my business for the foreseeable future!
We ran into trouble while out of town when our truck started acting up. The Ford dealer across the street had multiple people just sitting around and they claimed to be too busy to even run a diagnostic code for us?!? We went across the street to Mr. Tire and Paul and his team dug into this issue immediately, even though there were multiple cars in the shop and all their mechanics were occupied and visibly working. I needed assistance late on Thursday evening. Mr. Tire was so busy, but they were extremely kind and helped me decide the best option for my tire replacement while traveling out of town. I was extremely thankful of their kindness and hard work late in the work day. I highly recommend this Mr. Tire!
