Holcomb Bridge Location- Not happy at all!! Asked for an oil change & alignment which cost over $220 & to drive my car two days later & see that NO alignment was done. I call back & was told to bring my car back. After picking my car for a 2nd time I was told by Jason the store manager that a TECH not his mechanic did my alignment which he did not have the experience needed for an alignment. DO NOT take your car here! If I could give this shop a negative rating, I would. I took my car for an oil change and during inspection they said I needed new back brake pads. So I said ok, and when I drove home I realized they put on new FRONT brake pads. So the next day I let them know and they put back brakes on for free. I was satisfied, but then I realized a week later that the I was missing a brake clip on one of my front brakes. They never answer the phone! It’s 8:48 on a Friday and no one is at the shop.
Friday 4:40pm. I had a nail in my tire. I asked the guy if he can plug it. He says he'll check it and, if so, $50. That's an expensive plug, but I agreed to it. I'm waiting patiently as it's taking longer than it should. I look in the repair bay and he's got all 4 tires off the car. I walked back and asked him why are all the tires removed. He said he's doing an inspection. I told him I didn't ask for an inspection. He says it's what they do. I told him to plug the tire and put my other tires back on the car so I can go.
