The staff here have proven me wrong. The were very professional and did excellent work with my car. Kept me updated. Jeremy is the Pilar of this place. Also the rest of the staff, good communication, great job. Will totally recommend
The front desk man was rude and on the phone with a friend talking and laughing. we got there at 11:00 our appt time they were not done timely, they broke the lock nut for the tire we have to buy another one from Lexus. the front desk man continued to be sharp and disrespectful. We will never come back
Currently waiting two hrs for an oil change when I’m the only car at the location Quoted needing 4k in work done while car is still suspended in air Testy mechanic
