I scheduled a 4:00pm appt for an oil change & state inspection. I arrived a few minutes early & checked in. I was walking around the shopping center to waste time. It was 4:30 and I noticed my car still had not been taken back so I went inside and nicely asked how much longer it would be. The lady working inside was very rude. I called to make an appointment to get a new tire due to having a flat tire, and was told I wouldn’t need to make an appointment and any time would be fine to bring it in. I came in at the time I had asked for, and was told that they wouldn’t be able to take any more people today.
My tire was punctured yesterday, and I was first told by another tire shop (Chapel Hill Tire) that it was not repairable. They tried to sell me a replacement tire for over $300. They also mentioned a cheaper option at $150, but not available the same day, which I honestly felt like a sales tactic, since they could tell I couldn’t wait.
