My car broke down on the highway, and I had it towed to Mr. Tire. The manager at the time promised to call me back, but he never did. Two weeks later, a different manager called to say the problem still wasn't resolved. The issue was fixed at a higher than expected cost, but when I got home, I realized some lug nuts were missing from my wheels. The new manager was nice, but it was still a very bad experience.
Amazing service and the front desk lady made my day so much better just with her positive vibes. Definitely coming here from now on! Thanks!
George is awesome! Showed up late with a blowed out tire and he stayed late and put 4 tires on my Chevrolet 2500 great person!!! Highly recommend him! But other shop members left and left him by himself!
