Absolutely and without a doubt and hands down the best tire and service in the Triangle area. Kenneth was amazing, a wonderful experience all the way around. We felt seen and our concerns were heard when we brought our SUV to Mr. Tire. Prices are more reasonable, I was super impressed on how smooth everything went from start to finish! We are super grateful!
The service we received here was above and beyond amazing! My Mini Cooper had a flat tire and we didn't have the spare. We had it towed to the closest place from where we were and it was Mr. Tire in Chapel Hill. They didn't have the tire I needed in stock, but they searched other locations and the Burlington location had one. This was on a Saturday. Kenneth is amazing! Great personality and very knowledgeable. I was panicking about a flat tire and could not seem to find a company to assist me after 5pm in replacing my tire. With the open late hours of the store and Kenneth’s patience and communication over the phone, I was able to get a new tire, within my price range, and left smiling.
We had the best experience with this company. We had two bad tires and they went above and beyond to find the right tires at the right price. We had the truck back the same day. I would definitely recommend. They were great!!!
HUGE shout out to Lenaja and Kenneth! They were able to help me with what I needed to have done to my car super quickly and were very friendly. Will definitely be returning should I need any more services! :)
