I've been a regular customer for 11 yrs. I brought car in for oil change and a problem with the wires on one headlight. I could go over a bump or shut my door and the light would go on and off. Charged me $42 for a headlight bulb. (Which I had one in my glove box and could have replaced it myself, better than them obviously) $42 for a headlight bulb that they FORGOT to install.
