Awful experience
I visited Mr.Tire after discovering a nail on my runs flat tire. The guys there provided outstanding evaluation and outstanding customer service. I'd recommend it to everyone to visit.
Mohammad and his team were amazing. I had a flat tire while driving through Virginia during the Labor Day weekend and was struggling to find a shop that would service it. I also went to the Mr. Tire Service Center in Burke where I had a terrible experience and they made an excuse to get out of helping me. I then called Mohammad at the Mr Tire Fairfax Station location and he was super helpful. He said he would wait for me at the shop despite it being past the closing time. They do a good job 👏 they get you in on walk in if they have the time. I recommend making an appointment to make everyone’s life easier. Friendly staff and central location. Overall I had a pleasant experience at this location
Zero calls for two days and went to work on vehicle without go ahead on price of service. The mechanic does good work but be prepared to pester the front desk to communicate anything to you in a timely manner.
